Terms & Conditions

1. General

By engaging the services of Luton Automotive LTD, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all services provided, including but not limited to repairs, maintenance, and consultations.

2. Service Agreement

All services are subject to availability of parts and labor. We reserve the right to refuse service if deemed unsafe or unfeasible. Estimates provided are subject to change upon inspection of the vehicle.

3. Payment Terms

Payments are due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, AmEx), and digital payments (Apple Pay, Google Pay). Late payments may incur additional charges.

4. Warranty

We provide a 12-month or 12,000-mile warranty on most repairs, whichever comes first. This warranty covers parts and labor provided by Luton Automotive LTD but does not cover damages due to misuse, accidents, or pre-existing conditions.

5. Liability

Luton Automotive LTD is not liable for damages caused by pre-existing conditions, misuse of the vehicle after service, or failure to follow maintenance recommendations. Vehicles left on our premises for more than 30 days after service completion may incur storage fees.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Appointments may be canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice without penalty. Refunds for prepaid services are subject to review and may be issued at our discretion, less any incurred costs.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
